The Document reference number is an alpha numeric number generated by Auggit, which helps to connect a document from an accounting software to Auggit.

The Document’s Audit status is also relayed to the company immediately, with no time lag in between.

A. Navigate to Settings on Auggit and Select companies
B. Click on Add Company
c. The screen now allows you to name your company; decide on Specific access to select users and also profile your company.

Note – Once your company is added, you will be able to add a new Financial year by just clicking on it.
